By Popular Demand...Below is the Chinese Coleslaw Recipe:
CHINESE COLESLAW
1 Bag of Slaw Mix
4 Green Onions Chopped
Mix in a bowl and refrigerate
1/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 packages of ramen noodles (do not use the seasoning packets)
Brown these four ingredients and set them aside to cool.
3/4 Cup of oil (not olive oil!)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup of sugar
Combine these five ingredients in a Jar. Cover and Shake well untill all are mixed and refrigerate. You want to do the next step the last minute because it is better (Crunchier!). At Serving time, combine slaw and crunchy mixture. Shake the dressing, pour over and toss. Enjoy!
